Upgrading to the IRIS V Video Phone
Now you can sign up for the New IRIS V with your existing Digital Phone Service account. Please note, you must sign up via your account management tool in order to upgrade.
Activate your IRIS V
Please wait until you receive your IRIS V Video Phone to activate the device. Otherwise, your current service will be interrupted. Once you receive your video phone, please follow these steps to activate your phone.
1. Sign-in to myacn.com and access your Account Management Tool
2. Choose "Features and Services" from the menu on the left
3. Choose "Add Ons" from the menu on the left
4. Click "Replace or Upgrade Device" to choose the device you would like to replace, then click "Continue"
5. Choose your new device and click "Continue"
Upgrades are available for customers with an existing active digital service account only for $129.99.
