View Contacts
- Select Phonebook from the Main Menu or press the PHONEBOOK button on the front of your video phone. Select All Contacts from the menu.
Add / Edit Contacts
- Select either Add New Entry or Edit Entry. Enter contact’s information. Once you have entered all the information, select Save.
Search Contacts
- From the Phonebook menu, select Search and choose to search by name or number
- Enter the name or number you wish to find and press OK. All entries that contain that name or number will appear on your screen.

How many contacts can I store on the IRIS 3000?
The phone can store up to 300 entries.

Can I import contacts from Microsoft Outlook into the phone from a storage device?
ACN is working to add this enhancement to the IRIS 3000 Videophone, but this feature is not currently available.

How many pictures can I upload to personalize the contact cards?
There can be up to 300 entries in the address book, and each entry can be customized with a ring tone and picture. Remember that pictures are loaded in external memory, not the video phone.

Do I need to have a specific size and format for the photos I upload?
No. The system automatically scales images. The aspect ratio of a picture is changed to fit the screen size, stretching horizontally. JPEG images are preferred, but GIF and PNG images will also work.
